The depiction can also be found in a painting by Schmidt-Rottluff from 1921/22 (tow lost). The tie pin is a piece of jewelry designed by Schmidt-Rottluff, as can be seen in a photo from 1913 (cf. Gerhard Wietek, Karl Schmidt-Rottluff. Zeichnungen auf Postkarten, Cologne 2015, pp. 427ff.).
